Before the first operation of the reverse osmosis device, the software of the source water preparation and treatment system must be adjusted and tested. The concentration of the effluent can meet the requirements of the reverse osmosis device for seepage, and the turbidity after secondary filtration should be 1.0 NTU, SDI< 5.0.
1、 The power supply standard for reverse osmosis equipment must be determined first before the resolution of membrane component power supply can be carried out
Water supply and drainage temperature: 30-40 ℃; The pH value is recorded in the specifications, models, and performance parameters of each component of the reverse osmosis membrane; The FI value and monthly mean are less than 3.0, and the larger specified value is 5.0; Residual dispersed chlorine 0.1-0.4mg/L (membrane) was not detected.
2、 Other standards for water supply
Except for substances with air oxidation ability such as chloroprene and reactive oxygen species, there are no other substances such as residual dispersed chlorine (SC series products are allowed) that can reduce membrane characteristics;
There are no substances that will adhere to the surface of the plastic film and reduce moisture (such as butadiene, hexane oil absorbing substances, etc.).
③ Substances that cannot be removed from approved drugs, such as SiO2, CaS04, BaS04, SrS04, CaF, etc., must not exceed their precipitation threshold. If this critical point is exceeded, please apply specific anti scaling agents.
A substance that changes the characteristics of membrane components and raw materials without adsorption, reflection, or swelling.
③ Organic chemical aqueous solution without phase separation on the surface of the membrane.
Pre processing equipment, including water collection machinery, should be frequently sterilized to inhibit microbial strains.
3、 Verify water and drug supply system software
All pipelines and machinery must be made and cleaned with corrosion-resistant raw materials.
Chemical additives should be compatible with each other and have no adverse reactions to reverse osmosis membranes.
Ensure sufficient mixing of medication and administration solution.
4、 Inspection of reverse osmosis equipment
Check if the 5um safety filter element can truly maintain high-pressure water pumps and reverse osmosis membrane components.
Check if the installation of pressure gauges, flow meters, oxidation-reduction potentiometers, etc. is appropriate and if there is calibration.
③ Inspect and take samples of each section of water supply and drainage, each section of commercial water, and total concentrated water, indicating the total quality of commercial water.
④ Verify if the interlock and alarm system settings are appropriate.
Ensure that the transmission line of the commodity pipeline is not disconnected. Ensure that the concentrated water flow control valve is open, and if necessary, manually adjust the level that has been opened.
(a) Various drugs, experimental reagents, and detection devices (pH meters) have been configured to supervise and inspect actual operations.
5、 Adjusting the process
The following is the process of adjustment (using the wire rope drum reverse osmosis device as an example).
Clean the relevant components of RO high-pressure vessels and RO equipment with bottom pressure running water;
Remove from both sides of the high-pressure vessel.
③ Remove the pulse damper from the self sealing bag and push the high-pressure container in the direction of the water flow. The sealing rings on both sides of the end plates of the pulse damper and the high-pressure container should be coated with Vaseline for lubrication. The concentrated water seal of the component should be located upstream and downstream.
According to the information provided by the membrane manufacturer, clean the membrane components with water that meets the requirements for reverse osmosis device seepage (without anti scaling agent).
Turn on the pressure pump, adjust the total flow rate of seepage and concentrated water, so that the working pressure and total flow rate gradually reach the design value.
(b) Check the desalination status of the equipment.
Record the operational status and technical parameters of the reverse osmosis equipment system software after all normal operations.
