How to adjust the pressure of water treatment equipment? Method Introduction- Pure Water Equipment - Jiajie - Jiajie Pure Water Equipment Manufacturer

The pressure in water treatment equipment is a very important influencing factor, which can determine the normal operation of the equipment and the quality of the effluent. Therefore, we need to debug according to the instructions. How should we adjust it specifically?

The low-pressure switch of the water treatment equipment has two adjustable screws. One is to adjust the standard pressure, usually 0-6 bar, and the other is to adjust the differential pressure, usually 0-6 bar, which can be adjusted with a screwdriver. There are two probabilities for the common low-voltage switch to keep jumping. One is that the source water pressure fluctuates greatly, and the other is that the standard pressure is around the source water pressure value and the return pressure is small.

Analyze and detect the water seepage of the equipment, and if the results show compliance with the water seepage regulations, the equipment pressure testing and commissioning can be carried out. Adjust the pressure automatic control system of the high-pressure water pump. Check if all the intermediate connections of the equipment's pipelines are sound, if the pressure gauges are complete, and if the connections of the bottom pressure pipelines are inseparable and in short supply. Turn on the power switch of all pressure gauges, as well as the main water valve, concentrated water discharge valve, and produced water discharge valve. Start the preparatory treatment equipment and adjust the water flow rate to exceed the total inlet flow rate of the equipment. Perform softening and washing on the sand and charcoal filtration device until the effluent is clear.

Generally speaking, the operating pressure regulation of RO reverse osmosis water treatment equipment is 0.2-0.5 CPa. There are two reasons for such pressure regulation: if the pressure exceeds 0.2 MPa, it is to better ensure the actual salt absorption effect of the reconstruction. Due to the fact that automatic RO reverse osmosis water treatment equipment relies on hydroelectric power to generate negative pressure to extract salt water, the pressure at the upper end of the salt absorber immediately endangers the rate and actual effect of salt absorption. Generally speaking, if the pressure is less than 0.18 MPa, the actual effect of salt absorption will be significantly reduced. If the pressure exceeds 0.5CPa, the actual salt absorption effect of the RO reverse osmosis water treatment equipment can certainly be guaranteed. However, at this time, the pressure resistance of a part of the pipeline is too high, and leakage is very likely to occur at various joints. In addition, due to pressure, the internal components of the multi way valve are subjected to excessive force, which may cause inaccurate posture of the multi way valve and immediately endanger the actual effect in work.

In case of high water pressure, it is necessary to immediately check the inlet valve, pipeline blockage, concentrated water regulation and other factors, and adopt suitable methods for treatment. Below, I will show you two common solutions: choose to increase the pressure of upstream and downstream water, and adjust the concentrated water and its production water pressure according to the RO channel cut-off valve. Enlarge the inlet and outlet gate valves of the high-pressure water pump and their RO channel gate valves, or reduce the needle valve on the concentrated water pipeline.
