1、 Calcium carbonate scale

When common malfunctions occur in the reverse osmosis scale inhibitor and system software, or when the acid addition system software causes an increase in the pH of the water supply and drainage system, calcium carbonate is likely to accumulate and leave. It is important to detect the formation of calcium carbonate scale as soon as possible to avoid damage to the membrane surface caused by the growth and development of crystals. If calcium carbonate scale is detected in the early stage, it can be removed by reducing the pH of the water supply and drainage system to 3.0-5.0 and operating for 1-2 hours. For calcium carbonate deposits with longer settling time, sodium citrate cleaning solution should be used for circulation system cleaning or overnight soaking.

Note: It should be ensured that the pH of all cleaning liquids is not less than 2.0, as cups are likely to cause harm to RO membrane components, especially when the temperature is high. Larger pH should not exceed 11.0. Use sodium hydroxide to increase pH and hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid to reduce PH.

2、 Calcium hydrochloride scale

Cleaning solution 2 (as shown in the photo) is a good method to remove calcium hydrochloride scale from the surface of RO reverse osmosis membrane.

3、 Hydroxide scale

It is very easy to remove the accumulated nickel hydroxide (such as iron hydroxide) by applying the above methods for removing calcium carbonate scale.

4、 Silica scale

For silicon deposits that are not interdependent with metallides or organic compounds, they can generally be removed only by professional cleaning methods.

5、 Organic chemical deposits

Organic chemical deposits (such as microbial strains, mud, or mold spots) can be removed using cleaning solution 3. In order to better avoid further reproduction, a sterilized water solution approved by Hyde Energy can be used in the system software for circulation and soaking. Generally, a long soaking time is required to be reasonable. If the reverse osmosis equipment is stopped for three days, it is better to choose disinfection and sterilization to solve the problem. 6、 Cleaning solution

It is recommended to use the cleaning solution listed in Table 2 when cleaning RO reverse osmosis membrane components. It is crucial to conduct chemical composition analysis of air pollutants before cleaning, and in-depth analysis of the analysis results can ensure the selection of better cleaning agents and methods. The cleaning method and actual cleaning results obtained during each cleaning should be recorded, providing a basis for finding a better cleaning method under special water supply and discharge standards.

3. All cleaning can be carried out at a high temperature of 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees Celsius) for one hour. The required amount of tools is calculated based on the amount added per 100 gallons (379 liters). RO reverse osmosis commercial water without dispersed chlorine should be used to prepare the water solution and mixed evenly.
