Introduction to Double Stage Reverse Osmosis Equipment

Double stage reverse osmosis equipment is the process of adjusting the pH value of water infiltration during the first stage of reverse osmosis, and pumping it into the second stage of the reverse osmosis system through a two-stage high-pressure pump.

Double stage reverse osmosis equipment, also known as two-stage reverse osmosis. After being pressurized, the raw water enters the pre-treatment system for coarse filtration, and then enters the precision filter after filtration. After entering the filter, pressurize the first stage reverse osmosis system through a first stage high-pressure pump. The water generated by the system is pressurized by a secondary high-pressure pump to the secondary reverse osmosis system, producing product water, which is called secondary reverse osmosis. Single stage reverse osmosis equipment, also known as first stage reverse osmosis equipment, refers to the process where the raw water is directly transported to the reverse osmosis device through a pre-treatment system and precision filter, and then through a high-pressure pump. It is called single stage reverse osmosis.

2、 The main configuration of two-stage reverse osmosis equipment:

Pre treatment system: Raw water pump, dosing device, multimedia filter, activated carbon filter, automatic water softener, pipeline and other pre treatment filtration systems. The function of the pretreatment system is to reduce the pollution indicators of raw water, residual chlorine, sediment, and large particle impurities, in order to meet the requirements of inlet water for reverse osmosis equipment. There are different requirements for different water qualities.

Reverse osmosis system: primary high-pressure pump, secondary high-pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane, reverse osmosis membrane shell, membrane frame, control system inlet, solenoid valve, flushing solenoid valve, pressure regulating valve, high-pressure switch, low-pressure switch, precision filter, pipeline, valve, etc.

Storage system: liquid level controller, water tank.
