The purified water equipment of the water treatment equipment plant is divided into two parts. One part is pre-treatment debugging, and the other part is reverse osmosis host debugging. The pre-treatment mainly involves forward and backward flushing of quartz sand, activated carbon, fine sand, charcoal, and impurities to control the water inflow. The reverse osmosis host debugging mainly adjusts the inlet and outlet water flow rate. The quantity and pressure are summarized as follows:
1. Through analysis and testing of the water inlet of the device, the results show that the device meets the requirements of the water inlet and can be debugged.
2. Adjust the pressure control system of the high-pressure pump.
3. Check whether the connections of each pipeline of the purified water equipment are intact, whether the pressure gauge is complete, whether the connections of the low-pressure pipeline are tight, and whether there are any missing parts.
4. Open the pressure gauge switch and the main inlet valve, concentrated water discharge valve, and produced water discharge valve.
5. Start the pre-treatment equipment and adjust the water supply to be greater than the total water intake of the device.
6. Clean the sand and charcoal filter before and after until the water is clear.
7. Start the high-pressure pump of the purified water equipment and slowly open the main intake valve of the device. The total intake pressure of the control device is less than 0.5 megapascals. Flush for 5 minutes and check whether the high and low pressure pipelines and instruments are normal.
8. Adjust the inlet valve and concentrated water discharge valve to achieve an inlet pressure of 1.0-1.4 megapascals.
9. Test the water conductivity of the product, and after meeting the requirements, open the product outlet valve and close the drain valve.
10. The debugging of purified water equipment adopts manual single stage. After the normal operation of the reverse osmosis device, it can be switched to automatic mode, which is automatically controlled by online instruments and PLC.
11. Start the regeneration system and check if it is working properly.
In the debugging of purified water equipment, it is important to remember that when the outlet valve is closed and the high-pressure pump is opened, it can cause significant damage.
