1. Location selection of water softening equipment: The water softener must be placed on a solid horizontal ground, with a short distance from the drainage ditch and a distance of more than 3 meters from heat sources such as boilers. ******* It is prohibited to approach acidic liquids. 2. The position of the regeneration salt tank and resin should be as close as possible to the exchange column. In order to fully utilize the salt solution, the size of the salt absorbing plastic pipe should be shortened as much as possible.

3. Regarding filling quartz sand and resin:

(1) To ensure uniform distribution of water, lay 150-200mm high-quality quartz sand at the bottom of the exchange column (without decomposition, producing silica oxide or salt);

(2) Before filling the resin, check the length of the central riser for suitability. Firstly, insert the upper distributor into the bottom center bearing interface of the automatic control head (control valve), then align the lower end of the center tube with the bottom groove of the exchange column and insert the upper end into the lower end of the upper distributor. Or. Then, rotate the upper end of the exchange column clockwise into the upper screw of the exchange column to ensure that the entire control valve screw can rotate smoothly into the exchange column. Confirm that the length of the central pipe in the upper screw hole meets the requirements, and tightly connect the central riser with the valve head to maintain concentricity.

(3) After the above trial installation of the machine head is completed, the machine head rotates counterclockwise, and the center tube position remains in the center position again. The endpoint of the distributor at the original bottom of the center riser is aligned with the bottom groove. The upper entrance of the center riser is sealed with soft cloth or plastic tape, and filled evenly with quartz sand or trees. Fat.

(4) When filling resin, pay attention to the balanced filling around the central riser. To ensure that the pre calculated amount is loaded into the tower, fresh water should be continuously injected into the exchange tower during the installation process to remove air from the resin holes. Maintaining this water sealed state with filling resin is a ****** method, and dry resin is difficult to ensure the amount of filling that should be used.

(5) After filling the grease, screw the control valve back into the screw hole on the upper end of the exchange column in a clockwise direction. At the same time, ensure flatness.
