1、 Preparation of process water

1. Open the raw water valve of the process water treatment system, check if there is water flowing out, and then turn on the power switch.

2. Check if the inlet and outlet pressures comply with relevant regulations.

3. Control the pure water flow rate to reach the specified value;

4. Turn on the water quality monitor switch to check if the water quality meets the quality requirements for process water.

5. Pure water that meets quality requirements is sent to the workshop for production and use.

2、 Abnormal water treatment

The experimental results indicate that the water quality cannot meet the requirements for process water use. The mixed resin in the pure water treatment equipment system should be treated using the following methods:

1. The water in the mixing tower is drained.

2. A 4% hydrochloric acid regeneration solution was prepared.

3. Put the 4% hydrochloric acid regeneration solution into a mixed resin column and soak it in the mixed resin for 30 minutes. After soaking, the hydrochloric acid solution inside the column is discharged, and the resin column is rinsed with clean water until neutral.

4. A 4% sodium hydroxide regeneration solution was prepared.

5. Add 4% sodium hydroxide regeneration solution to the mixed resin and soak in the mixed resin for 30 minutes. After soaking, the sodium hydroxide solution in the column is discharged, and the resin column is washed with pure water to the neutral layer for later use.
