After appropriate preparation and treatment of the source water, the regulations for water leakage in the system can only be considered for subsequent water treatment. 1、 It is very necessary to treat the raw water of the ultra pure water machine

Whether using ion exchange water immediately or mixed bed electrodialysis, the possibility of early contamination of ion exchange resin epoxy resin or reverse osmosis membrane is generally not considered in the treatment of tap water, surface water, or industrial wastewater when adding some system components of reverse osmosis. The raw water can only be pre treated by simple universities, making it convenient to consider how to treat the water in close proximity to the system in order to obtain its standard.

2、 What are the common pre-treatment methods for ultrapure water machines

In order to ensure that the water body of the source water can meet certain indicators and consider providing regulations for the entire process of raw water treatment, it is necessary to use a pre-treatment system for the source water. The key to source water treatment is the permanganate index for large particle impurities such as suspended substances, microbial strains, colloids, organic compounds, and heavy metals exceeding the standard.

1. The composition of floating particles in the source water should not exceed 50MG/L, otherwise it is likely to choose collection filtration. Even if the coagulant aid enters the filtration device through a water pump or pipeline, many choose a multi substance filtration device.

2. When the sulfide content in the source water is high, the high turbidity part can be removed, and adding lime powder can start softening. At present, most of the methods chosen are based on the presence of cation exchange epoxy resin or reverse osmosis scale inhibitors.

3. When the organic matter in the source water is high, it can be solved through disinfection devices, collection, adsorption filtration, and other methods. If there is still no need to consider the industrial and process leakage regulations afterwards, methods such as activated carbon filters can be improved to remove organic compounds.

When the mineral acid chlorine in the source water exceeds the post leakage standard, methods such as activated carbon filtration or adding sodium nitrite can be chosen for treatment.

If reverse osmosis or EDI machines and equipment are used to solve the process flow afterwards, an additional high-precision filtration system should be installed before the source water is put into the machines and equipment, as a guarantee measure for reverse osmosis and other machines and equipment.

If the post production process has a high requirement for the colloidal state of silicon, magnesium oxide can be added in addition to lime powder to achieve the goal of removing silicon.

When the iron and manganese components in the source water are high, the hydrolysis acidification tank and filtration system should be improved to remove iron and manganese.
