1. Non wastewater treatment equipment operators and managers are not allowed to enter or exit the wastewater treatment production line casually.

2. It is strictly prohibited for untrained operators to open wastewater treatment equipment.

3. After starting up, the actual operation personnel should not change positions casually and pay attention to the operation status of the system software anytime and anywhere;

4. The actual operation personnel of the reverse osmosis equipment must record various statistical data such as pressure, flow rate, pressure, startup, standby, and clearance time of the equipment operation on a daily basis.

5. The software equipment of the reverse osmosis equipment system is prohibited from operating with common faults. Once any abnormal situation is found in the system software equipment, the equipment operation should be immediately interrupted, and the responsible person should be notified to lead the way. Technical professionals and agents should conduct common fault inspections.

6. To start the activated carbon filter equipment, the filter valve should be opened first, followed by the inlet valve (the automatic exhaust valve can be closed when the exhaust pipe is completed). After the water quality of the lower filter valve is qualified, the water valve should be opened, and the lower filter valve should be closed to enter the next level of solution. All shut-off valves on the equipment should be closed.

7. Water treatment filter filtration device: Start up, open the relevant gate valve of the softener, and after the softener meets the water standards, open the inlet/outlet water inlet valve (the exhaust pipe of the automatic exhaust valve will be immediately closed), and the asset will be promptly shut down.

Before starting the reverse osmosis equipment with the introduction of reverse osmosis and reverse osmosis scale inhibitors, it is necessary to check whether the total number of reverse osmosis and reverse osmosis scale inhibitors in the medical box has been taken into account, and ensure that the specified system software can only run after adding reverse osmosis and reverse osmosis scale inhibitors. 10. If the reverse osmosis equipment encounters common faults that are more serious in the system software, such as pressure equipment leakage or circuit failure, when decisively pressing the emergency power switch on the electrical control box, confirm the removal of common faults, and then run the equipment again.
