The first operation and flushing of the reverse osmosis system in production and manufacturing

1. Confirm that the preparation of the reverse osmosis system for treating water meets the technical specifications of the design scheme, and add organic chemical drugs according to the scheme design. The automation control, instrument panel, and pipeline system all meet the operating standards.

2. Remove gas from the system under low pressure and low total flow rate to avoid water hammer.

3. Run the centrifugal pump and flush it at a pressure less than 50% of the water supply and drainage pressure until there is no more maintenance fluid in the drainage pipeline (which may take 1 hour or longer).

4. Slowly increase the water supply and drainage pressure and adjust the concentrated water inlet valve until the utilization rate meets the design scheme value.

5. After the reverse osmosis system meets the design standards, review the LSI of the concentrated water.

6. After the reverse osmosis system runs smoothly for 0.5-1 hour, record all the main parameters of the operation records as initial values.
