The ultra pure water treatment equipment adopts pre-treatment, reverse osmosis technology, ultra purification treatment, and post-treatment methods to remove conductive media from water, and to remove unbound colloidal substances, gases, and organic substances in water to relatively low concentrations.

Pure water equipment mainly uses reverse osmosis membrane technology. Its working principle is to apply a certain pressure to water, causing water molecules and ionic mineral elements to pass through the reverse osmosis membrane, while most inorganic salts (including heavy metals), organic matter, and viruses cannot pass through the reverse osmosis membrane when dissolved in water. This makes the permeated pure water and concentrated water impermeable. Grid separation: The pore size of the reverse osmosis membrane is only 0.0001 micrometers, the virus diameter is generally 0.02-0.4 micrometers, and the common diameter is 0.4-1 micrometers.

The water quality of ultrapure water is divided into five industry standards, namely 18M Ω. cm, 15M Ω. cm, 10M Ω. cm, 2M Ω. cm, and 0.5M Ω. cm, to distinguish different water qualities.
