With the increasing use of laboratory water purifiers, various strange problems have emerged during the use process. The equipment itself is in good condition, but due to various operations and twists and turns, it has caused various problems. The laboratory's ultra pure water machine does not produce water or the water volume is too small, which is a common problem.
1、 Equipment does not produce water
1. It is possible that the tap water is not turned on or the water pressure is insufficient, and the system will sound an alarm. Turn on the tap water or short circuit the low-voltage protection switch. Short circuiting may cause the booster pump to become empty and subsequently damage the pump.
2. It may be due to clogging of the pre-treatment filter element, reduced water flux, or lack of water. Replace the pre-treatment filter element.
3. The low-voltage protection switch is damaged and cannot be closed properly. Replace the low-voltage protection switch.
4. The high voltage protection switch is damaged and cannot be closed properly. At this time, the full water display light will light up. Replace the high voltage protection switch.
2、 The water production capacity of the equipment is too small
1. It may be due to blockage of the reverse osmosis membrane. Replace the reverse osmosis membrane.
2. It may be due to insufficient water supply. Improve the water supply or replace the pre-treatment filter element.
3. Perhaps the booster pump is damaged, replace it.
4. Poor water quality in tertiary production: It is possible that the reverse osmosis membrane is damaged, so replace the reverse osmosis membrane.
3、 The first (third) level water intake is small:
1. Perhaps the (ultra) purification column is ineffective, replace the (ultra) purification column.
2. The throttle valve on the circulation pipeline may be damaged, resulting in water not passing through the (ultra) purification column and flowing out in the opposite direction through the circulation pipeline. 3. Replace the throttle valve on the circulation pipeline.
4. Perhaps there is too little water in the pure water tank, wait until the system is full before collecting water.
5. Perhaps the pressure inside the pure water tank airbag is too low or there is no pressure, so inflate the pure water tank airbag again.
4、 Poor quality of primary effluent
1. It may have accumulated water for too long, so drain it.
2. The circulation pump may be damaged and cannot be resolved through circulation. Replace the circulation pump.
5、 Other abnormalities
1. System malfunction: It is possible that the system circuit is damaged, replace the circuit board. Laboratory ultrapure water machine, ultrapure water machine
2. System does not discharge water: It may be due to damage to the system discharge solenoid. Replace the system discharge solenoid valve.
3. System cleaning does not produce water: It may be due to damage to the system cleaning solenoid. Replace the system cleaning solenoid valve.
4. The system keeps producing water: the high pressure protection switch is damaged and cannot be disconnected normally, and the water production display light remains on. Replace the high pressure protection switch.
5. The system's water production and full water conversion are too frequent: it may be because the pure water bucket ball valve is not open and cannot store water. Open the pure water bucket ball valve.
