With the increasing demands of people for the living environment and the growing awareness of protecting the environment, laboratory comprehensive wastewater (sewage) treatment equipment has been widely used in many fields and has also received great attention. But many users occasionally experience device malfunctions after using the device. Ultra pure water machines are used in tap water and medical testing, mainly in fields such as hemodialysis, biochemistry, oral health, supply rooms, laboratories, reagents, and operating rooms. During the use of ultrapure water machines, there may be frequent restarts after startup. Below, let's take a look at the various reasons that cause this problem.
1、 Check valve damaged
The check valve has the function of preventing pressure relief, and once it is damaged, it will release pressure. When the pressure is insufficient, the booster pump will start; When the pressure is sufficient, the booster pump will stop running. With such repeated and frequent ignition, the equipment will start and stop frequently.
2、 High voltage switch malfunction
High voltage switch is one of the control switches for starting and stopping equipment. When the pressure bucket is full of pressure water, the circuit will automatically disconnect and the equipment will stop running; When the pressure bucket water decreases, the circuit is in a closed state and the equipment operates normally to produce water. When the high-voltage switch fails, it will cause the ultrapure water machine equipment to repeatedly start and stop.
3、 Electric control version malfunction
The electronic control board is equivalent to the device's brain, which can control the device's operation, perform data collection, and so on. When the electronic control board is damaged or malfunctions, the control program may become disrupted, which may lead to frequent equipment startup and shutdown.
4、 Damaged four sided valve
As an ultra pure water machine inlet control device, the four sided valve can use the pressure inside the pressure bucket to control the inlet water. When the pressure in the ultrapure water system reaches a certain level (the pressure bucket is full), the four sided valve will control the inlet channel to close; When the pressure is low, the raw water channel will be opened and the equipment will operate normally. When the four sided valve is damaged, the inability to effectively control the inlet channel may lead to frequent equipment startup and shutdown.
5、 Unstable raw water pressure
The low-voltage switch is a water shortage protection switch, with a low-voltage switch value of 0.03Mpa. When the raw water pressure exceeds this value, the low-pressure switch closes and the equipment will start normally; When the raw water pressure is below this value, in order to protect the booster pump from idling, the low-pressure switch will be disconnected and the equipment will automatically stop running. If the water pressure is unstable, sometimes high and sometimes low, the low-pressure switch will repeatedly open and close, and the equipment will start frequently.
6、 PP cotton blockage
PP cotton is usually replaced every 3-6 months. If the PP cotton is blocked and not cleaned or replaced in a timely manner, the water pressure will be lower than the low pressure switch value, and the low pressure switch will disconnect and cut off the water supply circuit, making it difficult to start the booster pump; When the water pressure is higher than the low pressure switch value, the low pressure switch will close, the water production circuit will be connected, and the equipment will operate normally.
7、 Other reasons
In addition, frequent start-up of the equipment after startup may also be caused by internal leakage of the pressure bucket ball valve or damage to the low-pressure switch.
Once the laboratory sewage treatment equipment frequently starts up, it will not only cause certain damage to the equipment, but also greatly affect the scientific research progress.
